Privacy
The information gathered on Protodea will be used by Protodea, its affiliated companies, and other members of the site. Your information will never be sold to a third party and sensitive information, such as passwords and credit card numbers, will not be viewable to members. Demographic information may be given to third parties. While Protodea will not knowingly divulge your information to unwanted thrid parties it is in no way liable or responsible for the loss or theft of information. Protodea is not responsible for its members or their actions and therefore has no control over what members do with the information they have access to. Anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior or misusing information can have their account terminated at any time without warning. Protodea is also not responsible for obtaining the true identites of members and caution should be used when dealing with companies that you do not have a previous relationship with.

Content
Content on the Protodea website comes from two forms. The first is content added by memebrs of the site. This content belongs to the members who contributed it and they take full responsibility and liability for it. Protodea is in no way responsible for the accuracy, validity, or legality of content provided by its members. Harmful, offensive, or illegal content will be removed and the owners account may be terminated.

The second form of content comes from the website itself and the makers of Protodea. This content is the sole property of Protodea and cannot be copied or sold for any reason. The content provided by Protodea is there as a learnign guide only and is not suggestive of any business decisions that you may make. Protodea is not responsible or liable for any business or personal outcomes that may arise from the use of Protodea's advice articles, business tools, or other content.

Member Rules
The following are rules for all Protodea members. Any violation of any rule will cause a termination of your account and could lead to criminal prosecution where applicable.

1. All content on Protodea belongs to Protodea and cannot be sold or copied. Any misuse of this content and information is prohibited.

2. Members that add content to Protodea such as message board posts, or company profile information are prohibited from adding content that is harmful, inappropriate, or illegal.

3. Falsifying any information about you or your company is not allowed. Members of Protodea must be in a position in their company where they have been allowed to represent the company.

4. Members must comply with any and all requests made by Protodea in regards to gathing information in an investigation into any problmes with any memebrs.

5. Any harrasment or spam of other members is stricty prohibited.

6. Buyers and Sellers on Protodea engage in these transactions at their own risk and have the obligation of fulfilling the transaction in good faith. Sellers who offer products must have products in stock and be willing to sell. Buyers must purchase the products they asked to purchase. Using the Protodea purchase order system commits you to an agreement that a contract between the buy and seller has been formed.

Purchasing and Selling
Part of the Protodea website allows users to both buy and sell products from each other. In these transactions Protodea is simply a broker between the two parties and has no legal liability connected to the outcomes of the transactions. The trade occurs between a buyer and seller whom must work out the transaction details among themselves. Protodea will never handle the goods for sale or monies used to purchase said goods. Proper payment and shipment of goods is the responsibility and risk of the parties involved. You buy and sell at your own risk. Protodea is not responsible transactions thatmay not go through or may not go through correctly due to technical problems.

Protodea cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of data or loss of service. This policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
